FOUR CORNERS OF EXISTENCE
We live in a world where nothing ever truly stands still, and neither do we. Spaces, people, and inventions quickly lose their novelty, becoming part of the everyday background. After seeing a sunset a thousand times, it rarely moves us. But what if we capture these simple, familiar people and spaces, then reframe them with a twist? The result is a fresh sense of symmetry, abstraction, and grid-like patterns.
A once ordinary, even mundane, image transforms into something intriguing and memorable. These photographs present the world as we know it but from a different angle. They are both chaotic and serene, proving that even the simplest, most familiar frames can hold the potential to become remarkable.
The final nine images blend digital and analog techniques. Digital photos were printed on tracing paper and layered in precise alignment to achieve a balanced symmetry.
This project has been showcased in several solo exhibitions across galleries in Croatia.
